Tennessee Governor Bill Lee issued Executive Order 18 which mandates that all dental clinics only see emergency patients due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, Complete Dental Care will abide by the mandate to protect our patients and our staff. At this time, we are only seeing EMERGENCY patients until April 13th.

Fortunately, Complete Dental Care already has an existing daily practice of infection prevention as outlined by the Center of Disease Control, OSHA and the American Dental Association. But as a result of the virus, Complete Dental Care has greatly expanded our protocols for your protection as well as the protection of our employees.

The following is our new protocol regarding emergency patient check-in. If you have an emergency appointment, this protocol will apply.

  • Upon arrival at Complete Dental Care, please do not exit your vehicle.
  • Please call our office to let us know of your arrival. We will be happy to check you in over the phone for your scheduled appointment time.
  • The front desk will call you and let you know when you may enter the building for your appointment. Upon entrance, you will be  asked to sanitize your hands with provided sanitizer. Also, we will check your temperature upon entrance.
  • We ask that only the patient enter the building for the appointment, unless the patient is a minor.
  • Any patient who has recently traveled, has a fever, cough or respiratory symptoms will be rescheduled.

As you know, this situation is fluid and could change within minutes. Complete Dental Care is being proactive and following all current mandates and guidelines.

Thank you for being proactive during this time. We encourage you to wash your hands, use hand sanitizer and do not touch your face. We also encourage you to stay home except for emergencies to help flatten the curve.

Complete Dental Care thanks you for being a great patient and we look forward to a bright future.

Best wishes,

Complete Dental Care
